Coral Sands Beachfront Resort

Such good value for the location we really enjoyed being right on the beach and having such nice gardens and pool. Would definitely like to stay here again, relaxing spot for beach walks and to wander down to local cafes in the morning for a coffee. Staff were very helpful, felt secure location, easy parking underground a few steps from our room

I stayed here for a week in early December. I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This time I noted a marked difference in the presentation and cleanliness of the room, it was exceptional. The new management seem to be very enthusiastic and have done a great job lifting the appearance of of the whole resort including the beautifully maintained gardens. I am so glad we came back.

If you looking for a great family place Coral Sand is your choice, outstanding location in front of the Coral Sea , close to beaches and service. Very nice swimming pool area surrounded by nice garden. Our room was super clean with a great view on the sea. Management look after you with any enquire. Just one simple word for describe this experience AMAZING. A tip for everyone give a favour to your self book your next holiday for a relaxing and fun .

I traveled so many places but this place was the worst ever the room are so dirty and the couch looks so old and not even comfortable the bed are so hard to sleep on it, I couldn’t wait to come back home to my comfortable bed. In the kitchen they don’t have a blender and no paper towel and the cutlery was not enough, they only put 1 roll of tissue in the room and we spent 4 nights there. They never clean the rooms and changed the bed linen and the towel they never changed them and in the laundry they put small packet of washing powder for only for 1 wash, aircon was not working and the floor was so wet because of the heat they have those cheap tiles so my daughter she fell and I have to wipe the floor everytime I called the lady to come to check the room because I told her it’s dangerous for kids to walk on wet floor she came and she told us that she can’t do anything about it and the aircon she told us that it’s going to work after 30mins but nothing happened. The next day they sent me sms that I suppose to check out at 10am and when I did the booking I told them that my flight is at 7 pm so I want to check out late and they agreed for me to pay extra money for that. But they ask me to leave early and I told the lady Iam not going to leave here at 10am and I told them I will call police for you guys that’s why they agreed for me to check out at 4pm it’s was the worst experience ever someone to sms me in my sleep to ask me to check out late and I paid the money to check it late. I hope they will treat all the guests equal not to look at the skin colour I don’t recommend this place to anyone They need to improve the service and renovate the place it’s a good location and the swimming pool is beautiful

I have stayed at this resort over the years a few times and it is well located and a lovely resort. Location location location, this is the bees knees, central and close to restaurants and shops. everything with in walking distance. It is tiring and in need of some overhaul. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with a nice balcony. Unfortunately this is where is stops. On my most recent stay upon checking in I was told the Car Garage door is broken so will not close - Poor security and the room curtains had been damaged from the previous stay. Apparently both would be fixed in the next couple of days. I stayed a week and none of them were fixed. The TV arial in the lounge room was also broken and could only get a few channels, the bed like a rock and so were the pillow. The apartment below was occupied by chain smokers who would also talk on speaker phone into their phones and elevated levels that could be heard inside the apartment above with the doors closed and the smoke filled the stair well and prevent us from being on the balcony when they were there due to the stench. This could be an amazing place if they fixed a few things, and were more attentive. On one day the smokers appeared to have set of the fire alarm and we all needed to be evacuated, the fire brigade took about 40 minutes to arrive, and the management never arrived. very poor form. I would go back but will try another room.

Up from Melbourne for a two week vacation. Apartment was sparkling clean, we had a view of the beach from the balcony which also overlooked the large pool. Unlike many other holiday rentals, this apartment was well appointed and we were abale to comfortably cook in when we wanted. Trinity Beach is quieter than Palm Cove or Port Douglas to the north, but has a loverly laid back feel and is more central to everything. Very happy with Coral Sands and will likely visit again. Also got to witness a super blue moon - stunning
